Makes the parser understand some missing configuration directives
...
Directives:
- SecPcreMatchLimitRecursion
- SecPcreMatchLimit
- SecResponseBodyMimeType
- SecTmpDir
- SecDataDir
- SecArgumentSeparator
- SecCookieFormat
- SecStatusEngine
Those are not implemented yet, but the parser is now able to understand it.
