6359a86a38 Populate GEO:COUNTRY_NAME and GEO:COUNTRY_CONTINENT as documented (MODSEC-45). 
Handle a newer geo database, avoiding a potential crash.
Allow checking &GEO "@eq 0" for a failed @geoLookup.
